Botany of Nations features plants hand collected by Merriweather Lewis on the Lewis and Clark Expedition and explores how they have become portals to Indigenous stories, cultures and sciences. Co-curated with ethnobotanist Enrique Salmón, PhD, this exhibition reveals how living knowledge of the Nations transforms our understanding of the specimens Lewis collected and the meaning of science itself.

During this members-only tour, Collections Manager, Chelsea Smith, will guide the group in a behind-the-scenes tour of the exhibition and the Lewis & Clark Herbarium.
