Confluence is an environmental film festival developed in partnership with BlackStar Projects, cinéSPEAK, the Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival and the Philadelphia Latino Arts & Film Festival, and showcases films from regional filmmakers whose work addresses this year's festival theme of Seeding the Future.
